REFUND POLICY

PRODUCTS

If you have used/opened the product purchased, you have 7 days to exchange it for another product or receive shop credit. If you HAVE NOT opened the product purchased you have 30 days to return it for a full refund.

BUNDLES

If you have purchased a chemical peel bundle, micro needling bundle, or any other bundle and decided not to use the full number of treatments you will be issued shop credit for the remaining treatments at the discounted bundle price. If you were gifted any products/services with the bundle the retail price of what you were gifted will be subtracted from your total credit. Care Credit may not be used to purchase bundles.

NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS

All treatments where the product has already been injected or used on your face/body are non refundable. After your meditation has finished it is non refundable. Gift cards are non refundable. Exclusive offers and specials with products and treatments are also non refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel within 24 hours of your treatment you will be charged $50.

LATE

If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your appointment start time it will be canceled out of respect to the clients we have after you.
