REFUND POLICY

PRODUCTS

Any unopened product can be brought back and used for credit. There are no returns or exchanges for opened products.

PACKAGES

Once a package is purchased you cannot refund part of the package for credit. Every treatment and product is priced differently so the value is not the same.

SERVICES & PROMOS

Any promotions or giveaways are to be redeemed within 30 days! We do not offer a refund on medical procedures, including services that have been prepaid at events or using promos.

BUNDLES

If you have purchased a chemical peel bundle, micro needling bundle, or any other bundle and decided not to use the full number of treatments you will have 6 months to use the remaining treatments. After that, they do expire. The bundles are designed to have treatments done within the allotted time for best results. Care Credit may not be used to purchase bundles.

NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS

All treatments where the product has already been injected or used on your face/body are non refundable. Gift cards are non refundable. Exclusive offers and specials with products and treatments are also non refundable.

LATE POLICY

If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your appointment start time it will be canceled out of respect to the clients we have after you.

MEMBERSHIPS

Memberships are non refundable. When you commit to a membership we ask that you complete the duration of the agreement. No refunds will be given for current membership fees but Management can approve early termination. No future memberships can be added to patients file.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 24-48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

We will be continuing to ask for a credit card to have on file.

• Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge of $100.
• “NO SHOWS” will be charged $100.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keep our schedule filled, thus better serving everyone.
