Dr Elizabeth Faulk was trained in Superconscious Meditation as part of the Raja Yoga path. This meditation utilizes a number of different techniques to allow you to discover what methods work best for you. Meditation is a tool to provide focus and a calming of the mind and body. Western medical studies have fully demonstrated the effectiveness of these techniques producing lower blood pressure, diminished stress and stress hormone production, preservation of brain volumes with aging, etc.
Dr Faulk offers private one hour sessions for meditation training or practice. If you have a group in mind, class discounts are available. Sessions are available throughout the day but mornings are preferred for quiet and ease for the best way to start your day.
